Valentine's Day Nail Inspo 💋
Valentine’s Day nails are some of my favorite each year because I’m obsessed with pink and I think red nails are SO pretty and I rarely wear them, so now I have a perfect excuse! Today I’m going to round up a few of my favorite vday nails I’ve seen online recently plus how I’d recommend doing them, and also give you a list of my favorite pink and red polishes! Let’s get into it ❤️

Red Velvet Magnet + Heart Sequins:
This is like my ideal manicure right now! It’s so easy and incorporates everything I love :) If I were doing this, I’d probably use Kokoist Red Velvet Magnet for an easy all in one color + magnet gel plus a little red heart sequins and then encapsulate it with Kokoist Ultra Glossy Top Coat or Jin B Crazy Thick Top Gel. Another option that would give it that more white magnet look would be to use Kokoist White Satin Magnet Gel + a thin layer of a glassy red polish like Kokoist Rosso Red Glass!

Iridescent Chrome
I saw this inspo on ig and I was just mesmerized and I needed to try it!! So I did!!! But I made it more valentine’s day-y and I also had to make some changes with the textured 3d gel as you can see (I explained more in the video I’m about to mention…!). 3. Hot Pink Magnet Gel!!!
I actually can’t get this manicure out of my head. It’s soooo pretty! The concept is obviously not new, but I’ve been trying to find the best hot pink magnet glitter gel to recreate this as closely as possible. I ordered two recently, I love both but I think this one from Yogurt Gel Magic Bead (Chibiusa) will be the closest because it’s very chunky sparkly magnet gel (vs. tiny and smooth/velvet like)! I also really love this one from the new Yogurt Gel Heart Ping (in the color Heart Ping) collection that is really not the same effect at all but still cool 😂 it’s a glassy pink sheer polish with tiny tiny hot pink magnet glitter in it!

3D Hearts!!!
I loveee 3d nails and these glassy hearts are just too cute! I was initially thinking these are sculpted from 3d art gel and painted, but then I was also thinking they could be little charms from like ali express which sounds a lot easier! I still think I’d like to try my hand at sculpting these so I might give it a go with some Kokoist Boba Gel and then adhere it to my nails using Kokoist Accessory Bond! For the pink, I would probably use Nail Thoughts Lolly and for the red, Kokoist Rosso Red Glass!! Stay tuned to see if I actually try this, maybe it would be a cute little accent on just my thumb or something!

Textured Chrome!!!
This is a sneak peek at what I’m going to be doing this week (I think)!!! I tried doing this wavy textured chrome look recently and I was obsessedddddd beyond, like talk about a super cool dimensional manicure that takes zero effort 😍 the best! But I’m not sure which colors or chrome I want to use yet so, stay tuned on that!
I also want to try using the new Kokoist Short Coffin Gelips Extensions that just came out this week (plus the new Gelip Bond polish to adhere them!). I’m going to film the entire process for my YouTube video next week to show you, so make sure you subscribe!!

Yogurt Nail - Black Cherry: A classic black cherry red but make it jelly 🤤

Nail Thoughts Lolly: A super bright, almost neon jelly pink! Looks best with glitter in my opinion :)

Kokoist Juicy Pink: If you want more of a medium pink, but still with that slightly jelly sheer quality, this is the one!!!

Nail Thoughts 100% Cotton: Another polish from the new collection, this one is a slightly sheer neutral-y pink. If you love Baby Cakes Base, this is like its polish sister!! So good.
