New Nail Thoughts Syrup Gels!!!

Ok so Nail Thoughts dropped maybe the most perfect collection of new gel polishes today and I’m here to tell you all about them! Make sure you watch my swatch video above to see them live & in action.

The Deets:

This is a double collection: a syrup color gel collection AND a tinted base gel collection, but they are the SAME colors in each collection, just in their respective formula. Why is this exciting? Because it means that if you like the colors, but you prefer to use Platinum Filler Clear Builder Base for extra strength or what have you, you can use the new color gels, but lets say you love the colors but prefer the 3-in-1 formula with the base and builder built in instead, then there’s an option for you too!

What is syrup gel? Ok ok I love this question because it’s my favorite thing. I even did a blog post on it! These are a specific type of gel that essentially have the consistency of maple syrup with a glassy finish and just a *hint* of color! I love them so much because:

• they’re streak free

• they’re soooo easy to paint with an look so good and not uneven and splotchy like some color gels can look

• they make your nails look like glassy beads

• neutral colors can be really flattering for a barely there manicure look

12 New Colors!! There are 12 new syrups and they range from having a milky, more opaque finish to a nearly clear and glassy finish, and also they range from white to pink to neutral-y brown to peachy and even sparkly! There is definitely something for everyone here :) I think you can get a better feel for the colors in the swatch video, but I will share my photos for you to enjoy as well!
