What’s New at Kokoist!

1. Nail Thoughts Magnetic Gel Set: This is a new set of 12 pastel jelly magnet gels!!! Have you ever heard of anything more perfect?? They’re inspired by a stroll through Japan and they have very fine magnetic particles in them for a velvety effect! I don’t have these yet but once I do, I’ll be sure to post swatch videos and my review, but I’m sooo excited to see these irl! They look gorgeous!

   

2. Nail Thoughts Chrome It! - Non-Wipe Chrome Gels

   These are three new non-wipe gels that are made for all over chrome application to save time and avoid bulky layers!! Essentially, you can do your builder gel, then a layer of this Chrome It! gel and then apply chrome, and top coat. It comes in three colors: clear, sheer ivory and sheer black. The ivory and black ones will make the chrome you put on top pop a little more than a clear one! I’m super excited to try these out, especially with liquid chrome.

   

   
   

3. Chrome Classics Palette: This is like an eyeshadow palette with six new chrome colors that will pair perfectly with the polishes above! I’m so excited to try the iridescent pink and pearly ones!

   

   
   

   What I’m Loving Recently at Kokoist!

   1. Yume Magnet Gel Collection: I feel like these are kind of controversial 😂 you either love them or you hate them and I personally love them!!! As you all know, I love magnet gel, and so many have a colored base with silver glitter, so whenever there is a magnet gel with different colored glitter in it, I’m intrigued. These are 6 new magnet gels with taupey nude sheer bases and each one has a different color of magnetic glitter in it. My favorites are pink and yellow but I really love them all!!

   

   
   

   2. Jelly Top Non-Wipe Top Gel: This is a thicker non-wipe potted top coat and I’m obsessed!! It’s super shiny and scratch resistant and the best part is it’s NON YELLOWING!! I’ve used thicker top gels for 3D nails before and they get yellow and it looks so bad and this one stayed perfectly clear for me! I’m wearing it in the photo above for my 3d flowers :) But it has many uses! You can use it as a regular top coat, you can use it for 3d designs like I did, isolated chrome, all over chrome, and top coat overlays to encase sequins or art!! I’m super excited about this launch and I know I’ll be using it a lot!

3. Stick Light Flash Curing Lamp: I’ve been reaching for this so much more than I thought I would! I literally use it to flash cure every finger whenever I finish something I want to freeze in place, such as builder gel application or when I did those flowers above, I flash cured the 3d gel after each petal for a few seconds and it worked like a charm! This also comes with a magnetic holder that holds the lamp up so you can use it for extensions or just as a nice hands-free option!

What I *Highly Recommend* at Kokoist!

1. Ultimate Trio: This has my three absolute favorite must have products in it - Ultra Glossy Top Coat, Mega Stick Base and Platinum Filler Builder Base. These are in constant rotation for my manicures and I use the base & top coat pretty much every time. They’re the best for long lasting and super shiny manicures and I just swear by them!!!

   

   
   

2. Nail Thoughts Rose Water Base: This is from the most recent drop of NT 3-in-1 tinted builder base coats and I was sleeping on it tbh!! It’s the prettiest light pink jelly sheer builder and definitely moved up into my top picks out of all of the colors after using it!

   

   
   

3. Le Blanc Lamp: This is theee best nail lamp in my opinion and it’s the best time to grab it for 20% off!! If you’re using Kokoist & Nail Thoughts products, it’s a great investment to make to ensure they’re all curing properly with this lamp. The Hybrid Infinity Lamp is also another amazing option! The main difference is that this one has a cord and must be plugged in, whereas the Le Blanc can be cordless.
