Honorable Mention: KOKOIST NAIL OIL!

These are some of the best cuticle oils I’ve ever smelled, truly! I am SO picky about scents because I get instant headaches whenever anything is too strong or too fake or whatever. BUT these are a set of 3 oils (you can also get them individually) that are extremely hydrating and smell like fresh brewed tea. I’m already excited to use them again when I’m home from Japan because the smell will remind of me of my time here!!

My favorite is Jasmine, it literally smells like fresh brewed jasmine tea (YUM)! But they all smell amazing. These would make a great treat for yourself or a great gift too!!

Icy Clear Water Magnet

This is my new favorite magnet gel and I can’t shut up about it!!! This is one of their newer additions to the Water Magnet line which consists of a bunch of colored magnet gels that have really small glitter particles that almost look like the surface of water! (Also, if you buy the entire collection, it’s 25% off this weekend!)

So this one in particular is amazing because it’s a clear base with silvery magnetic particles, and when you use the magnet to activate it, it just looks like a magic, shifty, barely there effect! 

I really love this one because I think it’s really universal and you can use it under sheer polishes (like I did for my tortoise shell nails), or you can also use it over any color and it won’t totally cover it like some of the more pigmented magnet gels do! 

Red Velvet Magnet

This is a part of the new winter collection that came out recently. There are 6 new velvet magnet gels that are a bit deeper and richer and they’re just perfect for the winter!

I’m highlighting Red Velvet today because it’s literally perfect for the holiday season and it’s the perfect true red base with additional red magnetic glitter in it so the effect is just like a red marble or something, it’s stunning!!

Nail Thoughts Red Velvet

Same name as above, but different polish!! This one is a deep almost dark cherry red base with red glitter in it. It’s not flash glitter or magnet glitter, it’s just good old fashioned regular glitter! The base of this color is so pigmented that all you need is one super thin coat for full color coverage over your nails!

Nail Thoughts Garnet Flash

Ok I promise this is the last red *glitter* polish of this round up, but I had to include it in case the others don’t interest you! This one is jelly bright red base with red flash glitter!! The difference from the above polish is that the base is super jelly and a little bit brighter, I think you can really tell that it’s not as thick too as you’re applying it. The flash glitter in this polish is super reflective and it shimmers and shines so beautifully, I cannotttt wait to use this one soon! 

Nail Thoughts Extraterrestrial 

This is like my idea of a perfect festive green polish! It’s a slightly sheer dark emerald polish, and because it’s sheer, it actually looks green on your nails and not black like some dark opaque polishes do after a few coats. You can definitely make this darker with two coats if you need to too! I really want to use this for a plaid look this season!! 

Nail Thoughts Mood Ring

And this one is my idea of a perfect winter or Hanukkah blue!! It’s a bright and glassy almost navy polish. I used this recently for my navy glass nails and fell in love with it all over again! I think this + the flash glitter top coat below would be such a gorgeous Hanukkah mani! 

Nail Thoughts Diamond Flash

This is a silver metallic base with silver flash glitter!!! Can you think of anything more festive? I’m imagining using this as a french manicure tip or for little dots for a super easy holiday or new years look!

Nail Thoughts Glistening Flash Top Coat

I’ve been using this so much recently!! I just can’t get enough of flash glitter (clearly).

This is a non-wipe top coat with flash glitter added, it really just reminds me of the Ultra Glossy top coat consistency wise and I find it super easy to work with and it’s durable and long lasting too!! I highly recommend picking this up, especially if you’re not interested in buying a bunch of flash glitter color gels, this one is universal and can work over any color! 

Fairy Veil Powder

If you love glazed nails, you will love this chrome powder! I’ve been looking for a less pearly white chrome that doesn’t like make the color underneath disappear (if you know what I mean, you know how annoying it is!!), and this one is pretty much a clear chrome that just gives your colors a really nice chromey finish, but doesn’t turn it into a pearl. 

Kokoist Summer Red

I know this is a winter round up, but I had to include one of my favorite classic red polishes: Summer Red! This is a bright blue leaning potted gel and I think this is just like the perfect red for the holidays! If you’re familiar with NT Rose Red and NT My Favorite Red, this one is kind of in the middle and I find myself reaching for it a lot whenever I need a true, classic red. I used this one last winter for a “candy cane glazed donut” look, and these were the perfect red french tips. I also used Baby Cakes Base and if I did it again this year, I’d 10000% use Fairy Veil Powder.
